Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Our role

We act as an agent for travel suppliers (airlines, cruise lines, wholesalers, hotels, insurers). Your booking is subject to each supplier’s own terms & conditions in addition to these terms.

3. Service fees

Our professional service fees are disclosed before you pay and are non‑refundable once work is performed, even if a supplier fare/rule is refundable.

4. Payments

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout or on your invoice. You authorise us (and our consolidators) to charge amounts due. Where we pass card details to a supplier, their merchant terms apply.

5. Changes & cancellations

Supplier fare/rate rules govern what’s permitted and any penalties. Our change/cancel fee applies in addition to supplier charges. Refund timeframes depend on the supplier; we will follow up on your behalf.

6. Travel documents & entry requirements

You are responsible for valid passports/visas, vaccinations, and meeting health/immigration rules. Check government travel advice before booking and before you travel.

7. Travel insurance

Strongly recommended. If you purchase insurance through us, the insurer’s Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) applies.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for acts/omissions of suppliers or for events beyond our control (delay, schedule change, force majeure). Nothing limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
